Brite:Bill, an Amdocs Company is continuing to disrupt the telecom billing landscape

TechComms supports Irish telecom software brand Brite:Bill’s marketing team with  a quarterly tailored press, analyst and corporate communications programme that has included everything from securing media and analyst briefings to writing contributed articles and supporting event exhibition support at Mobile World Congress.

Media successes have included placing a series of guest contributed articles in trade media including Vanilla Plus and Eurocomms, and managing and hosting regular analyst briefing with 12 analyst firms including Analysys Mason, Gartner, IDC and Stratecast, helping raise Brite:Bill’s profile amongst this influential community throughout the year.

All of this has resulted in Brite:Bill’s personalised billing solution going from an innovative start up service to a highly customised service that is continuing to disrupt the telecom landscape and seeing Brite:Bill secure partners including Rogers and Sprint - all of which resulted in the Irish telecom brand being acquired by Amdocs and achieving an increased turnover.

GoInStore pioneering first-person shopping experience for online customers

TechComms launched UK tech startup, GoInStore into the UK market by implementing a strategic communications plan which included analyst introductions and media exposure to generate leads, increase client confidence in the business, and create investor interest. TechComms achieved this with limited company news and a restricted budget.

TechComms’ objective was to maximise GoInStore’s brand awareness and its strong customer engagement ethos - achieved by implementing a media mix strategy, with a targeted approach focused on client news, partnership stories and securing commentary to position the founders as thought leaders in the retail tech, augmented reality and virtual reality technology spaces.

Results included an increase in sales enquires and national press coverage within three months, regular industry trade and vertical print mentions, plus ongoing broadcast and online press coverage.
